Recipe: 3 Easy Sauces Part 3

We regularly share our easy sauce recipes. These sauces are not made for one specific dish, they can be eaten in combination with many different dishes. We will share some examples of dishes that you can combine these sauces with.

Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
The juice of one lime
4 tablespoons of yogurt (we used Greek yogurt)
2 tablespoons of tahini
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of oil

Mix the ingredients and enjoy the sauce! This sauce can be served with many different dishes. It’s a slightly dry-feeling sauce similar to good tzatziki. It also brings some nuttiness and it has a sour freshness to it from the yogurt. This sauce works well with fruity and meaty salads. Examples of dishes that you’ll see coming online in the coming weeks are Fatteh and Fatoush.
