We think it's important to eat healthy and tasty meals most of the time. We don't want to eat the same dishes every time. So we try new recipes, like this healthy couscous bowl. It's a dish that is not hard to make, and it tastes very good!

Recipe: Coleslaw

Coleslaw is a side dish or addition that complements many dishes. We love to eat coleslaw on sandwiches or as a side to a main dish. Today we will share a recipe for coleslaw from red cabbage.

Recipe: Hutspot (mashed potatoes and carrots)

Stamppot is a typical Dutch dish, it’s a dish with mashed potato and others vegetables mixed into it. Usually, it’s served with gravy and meat. We personally like making it vegetarian and with a sauce instead of a traditional gravy. Today we will share a recipe with mashed potatoes and carrots, which is called Hutspot in Dutch.

Recipe: Fattoush

Fattoush is a fresh salad with fresh herbs combined with some crispy pieces of bread. You can eat it as a full meal or as a side dish. Another plus to this dish is that it's really easy to make (this was made in under 15 minutes!).

This salad recipe is a dish that we eat for lunch sometimes. It’s a nice summer salad with a well-balanced palate of flavors. The sharpness of the shallot, the sweet freshness of the peach, and the ripe taste of the brie make this dish deliciously simple.
