Pita bread with broccoli and chickpeas is really tasty. The feta cheese and tzatziki give this dish an interesting twist making for one good meal. It’s an easy dish to make and vegetarian as well so everyone can enjoy it!
8 pita bread
240 grams of chickpeas (leaked weight, the weight was 410 when the can was full)
75 grams of feta cheese
Tzatziki (you can buy it in the store or make it yourself with this easy recipe, link)
A full teaspoon of paprika powder (about 1,5 grams)
A full teaspoon of cumin powder (about 1,5 grams)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the broccoli into pieces and add this to the baking tray. Leak the chickpeas and add them to a bowl. Mix them with the oil, cumin powder, and paprika powder, and add them to the baking tray as well. Place the baking tray into the oven for 10 minutes. When it’s all done you can add all the elements to the pita bread and enjoy!
