Recipe: Easy Spinach Tortilla

Most people should have a recipe that they tend to make when they don’t have the energy to cook, but they’re too hungry to wait for a food order. On those days we often make our easy spinach tortillas. We always have a package of frozen spinach in our freezer for this recipe. Today we will share our recipe for this meal.

🍽 2-4 portions

Ingredients
750 grams of frozen spinach (we use creamed spinach)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
6 big tortilla wraps
Cheese according to taste

How to make it?
Put the spinach in a baking pan and place it at middle temperature on the stove. Meanwhile start cooking the eggs. You want to get rid of some of the moist in the spinach, this will take about 5-10 minutes. Add the nutmeg to the spinach. Bake the tortilla wraps, we usually do this in a baking pan. Cut the eggs and add them to the spinach. Divide the mixture over your 6 tortilla wraps and add cheese according to taste. Check the photos to see how we fold the tortilla wrap. Enjoy!
