Here’s how you can recreate these delicious sandwiches at home.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4 leek
  • 50 grams of seasoned chicken
  • Cheese of your choice
  • Herb butter
  • Butter for crisping (optional)
How to make it?
  1. Slice the leek and bake the seasoned chicken if not already prepared.
  2. On a slice of bread, layer herb butter, cheese, cooked chicken, and thinly sliced leek. Top with another slice of bread.
  3. For an extra crunch, spread butter on the outer sides of the bread.
  4. Place the sandwich on a hot grill for a few minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.

  • 1/2 mozzarella
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Butter for crisping (optional)
How to make it?
  1. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices. On a slice of bread, layer mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil leaves.
  2. Top with the second slice of bread. For added flavor and crispiness, spread butter on the outer sides.
  3. Place the sandwich on a hot grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden.
