Vegetables grilled cheese sandwich
Ingredients
A few slices of vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, or paprika.
Cheese
2 slices of bread
(Pepper, salt, and oil for grilling the vegetables if you want that)
Grill the vegetables for a few minutes (add pepper and salt to taste, this is not a necessity). Take a slice of bread, put some cheese on top and add the vegetables, then cheese again and end with another slice of bread. Grill the bread for a few minutes until the cheese is fully melted.


Brie hazelnut grilled cheese sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
Brie
Hazelnuts
Honey
Take a slice of bread, put some brie on top and add some honey and hazelnuts. End with another slice of bread. Grill the bread for a few minutes until the brie is warm. A simple variation but ripe in taste.
