Ingredients

2 pizza bases (store-bought or homemade using our recipe, which takes an extra hour and 15 minutes)
150 grams of mascarpone
A can of artichokes (leaked weight: 240 grams)
90 grams of sundried tomatoes
50 grams of parmesan cheese
2 grams of dried oregano
15 grams of pinenuts
30 grams of arugula

How to make it?
  1. If you’re making the pizza base from scratch, follow our recipe from the ingredient list. Preheat the oven to a toasty 250 degrees Celsius (482 F) and ensure the baking tray is in there, getting nice and warm.
  2. Dice the artichokes and sundried tomatoes. In a pan, give the pine nuts a quick sauté until they gain some color.
  3. Before spreading the mascarpone on the pizza base, either beat it or gently heat it for smooth application.
  4. Layer the artichokes and sundried tomatoes generously over the pizza.
  5. Slide the pizza into the preheated oven and let it bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the oregano, parmesan, pine nuts, and arugula for the perfect finish.
