Recipe: Avocado Toast 3 Ways

Avocado toast is a very popular dish. You probably know the most common way to serve avocado toast, namely with tomato or (poached) egg. Today we will share some variations of avocado toast, giving you some inspiration.

The first avocado toast variation is made with feta and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
1 avocado
20 grams of feta cheese
4 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes (about 30 grams)
Some pepper and salt

Cut the avocado and sun-dried tomatoes into slices and the feta cheese into cubes. Toast the slices of bread and add the avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese. Add some pepper and salt according to taste.

The second avocado toast is made with mushrooms.

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
3-4 mushrooms
1 avocado
Parmesan cheese

Cut the mushroom into cubes and bake them in a pan with oil for a few minutes. Make slices of avocado. Toast the slices of bread, put the avocado on top of the toast. Then add the mushrooms, and grate the parmesan cheese on top.

The last variation we show today is made with apples and onions.

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
half an apple
Half an onion
1 avocado
1 scoop of Greek yogurt of mayonnaise

Cut the apple, avocado, and onion into small cubes, add them into a bowl, and add the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (yogurt gives it a fresher taste). Toast the slices of bread and add the mixture on top. If you don’t like raw onions, you can bake them for a riper taste or put them in a simple sweet and sour to make the dish more complex.
