🍽12 muffins
Ingredients
250 grams of patent flour
3 eggs
75 grams of butter (melted)
100 grams of sugar
125 milliliters of cream
1 teaspoon of baking powder
15 grams of cacao powder
50 grams of white chocolate
50 grams of pure chocolate

How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line the muffin tin with paper liners. Melt the butter in the microwave or a pan. Sieve the flour and cacao powder, and add this with the baking powder and sugar to a bowl and mix it. Add the butter, eggs, and cream (and the vanilla oil if you want to use that), and mix it well. Scoop half of the chocolate through the mix. Spread the mixture over 12 muffin cups. Finally, add the rest of the chocolate on top. Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
