Ingredients

115 grams of self-raising flour (½ cup + 3 tbsp)
40 grams of caster sugar (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
10 grams of vanilla sugar (2 tsp)
1 egg
A pinch of salt
85 grams of butter (¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
120 milliliters of milk (½ cup)

How to make it?
  1. Begin by whipping the egg for approximately 2 minutes.
  2. While whipping, melt the butter.
  3. Add caster sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the egg; mix thoroughly.
  4. Incorporate the melted butter and milk, continuing to mix for a few more minutes.
  5. Sift the self-raising flour into the mixing bowl, blending until fully absorbed.
  6. Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes.
  7. Use a waffle maker to bake the batter into delightful waffles.
