Mushroom Salad with Feta

Ingredients

50 grams of lamb’s lettuce
200 grams of mushrooms
85 grams of feta cheese
25 grams of walnuts
1 avocado
Balsamic syrup, to taste

How to make it?
  1. Begin by cutting the mushrooms, feta, and walnuts.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat, add a bit of (olive) oil, and bake the mushrooms for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Arrange the lamb’s lettuce on serving plates and slice the avocado into thin pieces.
  4. Place the mushrooms on top of the lettuce. Followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Finish it off with a drizzle of balsamic syrup.
