Recipe: Banana oatmeal pancakes, lactose and sugar free

⏲ 10 minutes
🍽 2-3 persons

This pancake recipe is easy to make, real tasty and to top it off, a healthy start of your day. I love making pancakes for breakfast and this recipe is one of my favorites. Out of this recipe you will get 8 small pancakes.

Ingredients:
– 1 banana
– 1 egg
– 75 grams of oatmeal
– 100 ml of almond milk (you can use any type of milk, for example oat milk, whole milk or coconut milk)
– coconut oil to bake the pancakes in (you can also use olive oil or butter)
– Optional: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

How to make it?
Weight the ingredients, cut the banana in pieces and place them together in a bowl or kitchen machine. Then mix it all together until it’s a smooth mixture. Take a baking pan and turn the heat up to middle-high, then wait until the pan is hot. Place four small rounds of mixture in the pan. Turn them when the pancakes look dry and the bottom starts to turn brown. This should only take around one minute, then bake the other side. The pancakes are done, enjoy your meal!

Serving tips:
– Serve the pancakes with fruit and maple syrup to make them even more delicious.
– If you are into sweet dishes you can add some honey or sugar on top.
– Cinnamon also makes for a great taste combination with these pancakes.
