Embarking on a new culinary journey, we’re thrilled to present our first fish recipe on the website. In an unexpected turn, Kim has developed a taste for fish, inspiring us to create this delicious Yellow Curry with Sea Bass. It’s a tasty combination of spices, fish and potato.

Ingredients

160 grams of green beans
500 grams of potatoes
500 grams of sea bass
80 grams of yellow curry paste
100 grams of concentrated coconut cream and 300 milliliters of water or 400 milliliters of coconut milk
2 onions
300 grams of rice

How to make it?
  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Cut onions into pieces and green beans in half.
    • Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. Sauté and Build Flavors:
    • Heat a pan with oil on medium heat, add onions, and sauté.
    • Introduce potatoes after a few minutes, followed by green beans.
    • Add yellow curry paste, coconut cream, and water (or coconut milk).
    • Let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes with the lid on.
  3. Cook Rice and Sear the Sea Bass:
    • Begin cooking rice in a separate pot.
    • In a different pan, sear the sea bass on high heat with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine and Serve:
    • Drain the rice and add the seared sea bass to the curry sauce.
    • Serve the curry over a scoop of rice.
