Ingredients

5 jumbo Medjoul dates
100 grams of pure chocolate
5 teaspoons of peanut butter

  1. Begin by carefully slicing each Medjoul date open and removing the pits, creating a pocket for your filling.
  2. Fill each date with a generous teaspoon of creamy peanut butter.
  3. Place the stuffed dates in the freezer for about an hour, allowing them to firm up.
  4. When the hour is almost over, you can prepare the chocolate coating. You can melt 2/3 of the pure chocolate Au Bain Marie. Once melted, turn off the heat and add the remaining chocolate. Stir until the chocolate becomes completely smooth.
  5. Retrieve the stuffed dates from the freezer and, one by one, dip them into the melted chocolate, ensuring each date is evenly coated.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered dates on a plate lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  7. Allow the chocolate to harden by refrigerating the dates for a short while.
