Recipe: Chorizo Soup with Zucchini and Chickpeas

A filling soup is a good meal for lunch or dinner, you can always eat a piece of bread with it, and it’s full of vegetables. This soup is tasty and healthy.

1 chorizo
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 can of chickpeas (leaked 240 grams)
1 can of tomatoes (about 400 grams)
400-500 milliliters of water
Some pepper and salt

How to make it?
Cut the onion, zucchini, and chorizo after you peal the skin off. Start baking the onion and chorizo in a pan with some oil. Add the zucchini after a few minutes. Leak the chickpeas. You can add chickpeas, cumin, and tomatoes when the vegetables are a little brown and softer. Then add the water and some pepper and salt. Let it boil for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
