Every year we make a Bundt Cake for Christmas. There are many variations on bundt cake for example natural, chocolate, with a glaze topping, etc. We love bundt Cake with apple and cinnamon, a real winter flavor combination. Today we will share our apple cinnamon bundt cake recipe with you!

200 grams of self-raising flour
185 grams of sugar
15 grams of vanilla sugar
200 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of biscuit herbs
40 grams of honey
20 grams of amaretto liqueur
Some oil or butter to bake the apples in and some extra butter to grease the cake pan
How to make it?
First, weigh all the ingredients and cut the apples. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix them together. Add the butter and knead the mixture until it’s a dough, next add the eggs. Knead the mixture till it’s smooth and let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes. Bake the apples in a pan with some oil in the meantime. Add the honey after a few minutes and add the amaretto liqueur after another 2 minutes. Let the apple caramelize and cool down.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease the cake pan while waiting on the dough mixture. It is crucial to grease the cake pan well, you can even add some flour after adding the butter. The bundt cake won’t come out of the cake pan if you don’t grease it well. After those 30 minutes have passed, mix the dough and apples together and add them to the cake pan. Put the cake pan in the oven for 60 minutes and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
