Ingredients:
– 500 grams of oatmeal
– 200 grams of nuts
– 50 grams of linseed
– 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
– 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
– 2 teaspoons of biscuit spices
– 60 grams of honey
– 50 grams of sunflower seeds
– 50 grams of pumpkin seeds

How to make it?
  1. Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Mix It: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients listed above. Be sure to use only one-third of the honey for now.
  3. Prepare the Baking Tray: Line a baking tray with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  4. Spread and Bake: Evenly spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking tray. Place it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir and Sweeten: After the initial 10 minutes, take the tray out, give the mixture a good stir, and drizzle some more honey over it. Ensure the honey is evenly distributed.
  6. Back to the Oven: Return the tray to the oven for another 10 minutes, then stir and add another drizzle of honey.
  7. Final Part: For the last 10 minutes, let the granola toast to perfection. If you prefer a deeper color, increase the oven temperature slightly in 10-degree increments.
  8. Cool Down: Once done, remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool completely. We usually preserve the granola in canning jars.
